I bought clothes approximately 6 weeks ago in Macy's and this morning I was going to wear one of them and I found the alarm still on the shirt. I called and the operator keeps transferring me to 3 different extensions and no one was taking the phones, talked to Dawn in the office. This happened to me also. Salesman told me I would save 20% if I got a Macys card. I declined. He told me if I signed the electronic tablet he would still give me 20% off. Which I did. He took my cash and when I was gone filled out the credit application with my electronic signature and not even my address. In 3 months without obviously getting a card or statement my credit went from 800 to 650. You can get nowhere with customer service and I... Read more

My wife ordered shoes online back late June. They were shipped promptly and arrived promptly as promised. Emails kept us informed of progress and due date. So far so good. They charged my card on receipt of the order, as a Pending Charge." They then charged my account on each individual shipment. 17 days after the last item was shipped and charged, Macy's have not removed the "Pending Charge" Two phone calls to Macy's and they want my CC number... I brleive macys is the best for customer service they fully stand behind their return I fell guilty to return 3 time for a stronger jucer ... Each time they gladly took back for full refund even with ni box I will never order from say e bay if i can order from macys even at a higher price Read more

You know i am just tired for 11 and half couples months years i started it was great and now this years was the crazies things i ever get some customers serivces that they didn't give me a cards cuz my was overdue but see i kept paying and paying i never had a card so see they kept on calling calling and calling like nonstop after one bills pay just give me some time to finish you know there is some people that are working and helping theirs... Impossible to do an online order with Macys. Used three different credit cards. Bank verified that all details are correct. Yet Macys cancelled my order all three times. Impossible to order online ans customer service absolutely horrific. Their response was just: there is something wrong with your name billing address or telephone number So upset!

Very bad employee they don't know what do ,they take for ever to solve problem they don't know what customer serive mean . They have no respect to customer and very rude

The policy is clear, but the employees don't know. Multiple trips. Luckily my daughter sent the receipt. I was then told to go the men's store. Pretty far away for an 87 yr old guy.. With no receipt a credit should be issued. It is clear on Macy's web took 3 trips to get a visa credit on my daughters acct. It would have been easier to forget the $17.00, perhaps I should have? I was in Macy's in Ventura and there was a Coach purse that I wanted but it was the only one left in that style. The sales associate said she would give me 10% off since its the last one and I asked if in addition to my 20% off and she said yes. When she rang it up I didn't see the 10% additional and when I asked she said I gave you 20% which was my actual coupon. Then she proceeds to tell me you will get another 20% off when you get the bill... Read more
