I called to complain about an interest charge of 2.00 on a zero balance and the automated voice asked me if I wanted it credited. Ah yah!!! They must be getting a *** of a lot of calls to have put an automatic credit on there when you call. Is Macy's that cash needy to bill customers for paying off their bill? Macy's Online is worlds worst service(slow (over 5 minutes per screen), nonresponsive (too many closing of "oops" screens), incompetent (takes over one hour to calculate order amount on a two item order), takes multiple clicks on icons before there is any reaction, items disappear while waiting for calculations so items have to be deleted (remember only two items ordered) and it only has the... Macy's delivery of mattresses, etc sucks! They deliver one week after your place your order. I missed classes to be home for my delivery. Truck broke down. Customer service rep said this a common issue. I didn't get my mattress until hrs later! Avoid ordering from here. Trucks break down and your stuff arrives hrs later. Add comment

Macy's credit card is the father of all frauds, they have joined AMEX, and have 2 separate statements for the same card so they can confuse customers and collect 36 dollars late fee. My statement on July 3 showed zero balance on birth accounts, they managed to generate 2 dollars and 10 dollars interest from both accounts that have zero balance , I cancelled their card today. I've read a couple of rather negative reviews about working here, and while I agree in many of their points, the reviews I've read didn't really touch on other points. I have read a couple positive ones, and I feel like those weren't completely relatable to either, sounding much more like showing off, or just plain fake. I wouldn't say my review is neutral? I own the credit card since 2009. I have been timely on my payments always. However, I recently financed my new car in January at a high APR. I came to know my score was not as good, even though I have never missed any payment. Never don't shop Macy's Broward mall Florida !! I went to your Medford Or store today, that's where I always buy all my clothes. They had a rack with 2 shelves of polo pants green, red, khaki, and black with a 49.99 sign on top of the shelf. BORDEAUX DINING room sets at Macy's are of very LOW QUALITY with a SERVICE TO MATCH. 13 month after purchase, the chairs started to crack. These are stress cracks that are not caused by misuse. I purchased the worry no more plan for my outdoor furniture for over $200 last year. The Macy's sales rep assurred me that if ANYTHING happened to the furniture that it would be covered. Of course, we were never sent any paperwork on the details of the warranty before or after our purchase.
