I had the SAME Exact situation. Not only did they send my bill to a bad address (they got it back). Then they finally sent me a bill chocked full of late fees and interest. I sent them a check after they credited the late fees and interest just to find out that they cashed my check but did not credit my account. I read a great deal of frustration in these comments about the Schedule Plus. Company’s like Macy’s and Starbuck’s, and others use this schedule to maximize profits. There is a lot of immaturity in some of the comments and people need to put their energy where the problem is, and not belittle others about their writing styles. Yup. Finally cancelled my Macy's card for good and realize I have no good reason to shop there. Their merchandise can be purchased under better circumstances elsewhere and what is not available elsewhere is poor quality Macy's brand merchandise. Macys failed to send me a bill for December, and I subsequently missed ONE PAYMENT. I missed ONE payment after 10 years of being a loyal customer and they sent me to collections - sent their henchmen after me, reported me as delinquent and lowered my credit line to an insulting amount.
