We spent time in a Macys store in Tampa shopping for furniture for our new house first week of November. At time of check out we were told it would not arrive for 4-6 weeks. Paid for item with Macy's credit card. When I returned it they gave me gift certificate back. Gift card was sent late in month, I contacted them right away and asked them to apply to my account but because it takes 5-7 days to process it went over to next billing cycle. I bought an item online at Macy's in November, and it didn't fit. I arranged for a return. I shipped the item out using the return label that Macy's provided, all tags on it, in the original packaging, on 11/21. I would say that I was a loyal Macy's customer buy a lot has changed. I bought a pair of Calvin Klein jeans at Macy's and i washed them only twice and the color faded - they were black and now are grey with white streaks.
