I had the same problem and am having an even harder time getting a store to fix this. So far I have driven to 4 stores and still no help in converting my gift cards to my debit. 7 months ago I had purchased a $1800 engagement ring along with the insurance plan. Total came to around $2300. I purchased a new blouse for my wife a Lioyd Center Macys in Portland. We live out of the U.S. so returning the blouse was not possible. I've shopped at Macy's at their Petite Department for many years. They have now taken their Petites and put them with the designer so that the Petite sizes are now scattered throughout the store. Have had at least 30 robo calls over the last couple of months, at all times day and night. The recording we hear is identical to the others mentioned on this sight. We too thought it was a scam. terminated without being told noted it when i went to check my schedule sure I was hired as a seasonal employee but that with the promise to continue after the Christmas season they ended their season this year in march and hired new people as they canned seasonals .what is wrong here???
