Purchased a mattress after shopping in the showroom and then buying online. I was assured by the 60 day return policy. I was aware of the $80 return fee...but didn't realize there was a 15% "usage fee" as well. All told, this return will cost me at least $200. And the return pick up scheduling is very cumbersome. Just like JC Penney removing coupons and sales, Macy's has made a bad move. Maybe Macy's should stay out of politics. I cancelled my charge account at Macy's. As a longtime customer, I'm very disappointed at Macy's for their decision to sever ties with Donald Trump. Stay out of politics!! It is not up to a retail company to decide who we can and cannot do business with. Let sales of his merchandise decide. Free Markets! I have been working at Macy's Great Northern for 15+ yrs. Over the past 5 years i have witnessed an employee in mens and womens shoes pretty much in a nutshell, get away with murder.
