Macy's approved charges now demanding overdraft payment amt.

Approved $4,000 credit limit,credit report never changed when they decided to reduce my credit limit. Reason for the decrease credit report.
Approved the charges, then send a statement requesting payment for the overdraft on my credit line. Informed rep. I would be in Vegas from Nov-Dec. Sent me letters instead of emailing me when I was communicating online regarding my credit card charge being denied. First billing payment $60.00, next billing $393.62 this payment is for the overdraft which I didn't anticipate due to reduction of my credit limit. Now late in making payments.
