Macy's Online is worlds worst service(slow (over 5 minutes per screen), nonresponsive (too many closing of "oops" screens), incompetent (takes over one hour to calculate order amount on a two item order), takes multiple clicks on icons before there is any reaction, items disappear while waiting for calculations so items have to be deleted (remember only two items ordered) and it only has the customer delete one item at a time.

As it was the last day of the "SUMMER" coded sale (7/27/14) the result was no purchase of selected items, loss of sale prices, waste of time attempting to order, etc. All attempts at communicating were rejected.

Chat was too busy the first time attempted, when chat was available and comments submitted, the comments were rejected due to closing of chat (7 PM), customer service rejected comments (8 PM), no way to obtain rain checks on sale items not available, etc.

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!

These comments will be posted on pissedconsumer.com which requested that Customer Service be notified first. This is the notification to Customer Service as this survey form is the only site working. I do not want to talk to the incompetents behind the online service because the experience was so bad.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Huh, I just went on Macy's website and in less than 3 minutes was able to select 2 random items from completely different departments and get an order total with no need for multiple clicks or items disappearing. Must be your ISP or computer.
