I ordered 2 curtains & 2 valances from Macy's online. the description of the items state that need 2 valances to completed the look. the items arrived looking nothing like the description. you need 4 valances to completed the look and the color was way darker then the pictures. it was suppose to be gold but it was brown. The manager lied to candidates. they will not get a call back, they will get a rejection letter from a work position that requires no experience. the manager is a lying hypocrite. lawsuits are now being made against macys at Palm Desert over 100,000$ dollars.

I had a terrible experience with Macys customer service. I called them for an issue with my bill. I had not had a need to call their customer service department before. I could hardly understand them, the connection was terrible, and when they put me on hold the hold music was crackly sounding. i worked in macys for two months. I guess someone complained that i gave unauthorized dicounts to my family and customer. when i started working i rang up my mom and override 20 % off. And like manager say always override so i have been overrding the customer. One of the repeat customer told me one time item was 40% rac so i checked and manually changed the price. I AM FURIOUS BEYOND BELIEF! Macys is playing with people's money! I went to the Macy's at Colonie to purchase 2 foundations. The Estee Lauder woman was NOT there. Purchased 2 leather recliners for XMAS. Delivery was on the 26th. Delivery guys put recliners house - we looked them over but didn't sit in chair. Delivery guy kept saying - everything ok, like we should have a problem - couldn't figure out why he asked so much. Recently I bought beauty and fragrance and clothes by approaching phone Macy's customer service. Supervisor named Carlos at the parkchester bronx location was very rude and unwilling to give his last name ..refused to resolve a mistake made on their part due to the holiday rush on New Year's Eve

Called Macy's to resolve an issue with my account, and the representative on the phone was rude and arrogant. I also have a mild accent, and she sounded rather discriminatory and acted like I'm dumb. She acted like she didn't want to be on the phone more than a minute, and was forcibly trying to get me to agree to her terms so that she didn't need to help me further. I placed an order which arrived with the wrong coat size.
