Macys - LeVian ring purchased at Macy's constantly looses diamonds

I purchased an engagement ring from Macy's in January 2016, it is a 14k rose gold ring with LeVian diamonds. Since purchasing the ring I have had to get the ring serviced 5 times to replace diamonds that have fallen out. I literally got my ring back yesterday evening and there is already a diamond missing. This is so frustrating and I don't know how to resolve it.

I started at 7.25 at macys ot took me 5 years to get to 9.95 when other hires being hired for my same job where being hired at 10 dls an hour when i was still at a pathetic 8 dls do not work for macys. I left tat job 2 weeks ago i still havent received my last paycheck.
