Return not refunded

I have returned 5 items and they were received on January 21st. I got refund for only one item and other four items are still charged. I have called multiple times there is no help. Three representatives said the same thing. Within couple of days I will get a confirming email and the money will be refunded. No luck, I am tired and exhausted calling and waiting in the line for more than half an hour each day for the problem to be resolved. Order number #212789**** Please look into it and take the charge out of my account. Thank you Santana Bhattacharyya

Got the run around by customer service

I ordered some flatware on black friday and was suppose to ship on the 30th i received a tracking # but the flatware never got to UPS then i received anther Email saying it was going to ship on the 7th of Dec. but UPS did not get the package again,I understand that this can happen so on the 9th i called customer service and was told i would get 25% more off the flatware and a email showing it had shipped but i got nothing,seeing on the website that the flatware was going off sale the same day i called back that evening only to be told in broken english that i would have to wait untill the next day to get anything done or at least i think that is what she said.So the following day i called and was told they had run out of the flatware set so i could get a refund.I asked if i could pick another set at the sale price and was told there was nothing i he could do about it because the sale was over the day before. This was not customer service.I did however get a refund and went to ebay and purchased the set for less then Macys sale price.My mom swore by Macys for years now i will not be returning to the store or website

Multiple missed promises on furniture delivery

We ordered a very nice sectional sofa arrangement from Macys. To date we have received the following delivery to warehouse promises: 11/10/20 11/28/20 12/12/20 12/21/20 01/02/20 01/11/20 With todays technology. This is incomprehensible. Further, no one I talk to can give any info other that what is in the computer. So what do I trust going forward? Certainly nothing from the computer.

I bought a bracelet and when I called to make a return on their website, they told me that it was too late to mail it in but I could return it to one of their stores at *ANY TIME* because during covid they're being more flexible (eye-roll). Because I really wanted to drive there! As I needed to stay home due to my age I didn't return it right away. When I went to the store they told me it was past three months time and they would not take the return. Nor did they even give me store credit! I tried calling Macy's numerous times to get help that way, and I was on hold forever and nobody ever picked up. When I finally got through, I went from one manager to another and they all stayed on their high horses and denied the return. I used to be a very loyal customer. I have a Macy's platinum credit card, and I feel taken advantage of. If anyone gives a flip, they can contact me and help me out. Thank you for reading my review!

I ordered online and put the wrong shipping address. I called the next minute after placing the order and a Rep. change my order to ship to 220 Hospital Blvd. Pineville,Louisiana 71360. I still have not received my package!!!!

I love Macys! But I am sooooo disappointed in their Customer Service Department!!! It is the pits! First, I never got to speak with someone who sounded as though they were an American, even though I asked. Second, I was told several different things about my online order from it was shipped and is on its way, to product is out of stock, to I cannot reorder for 2 more days. Website says a label was printed but tracking says it was never picked up. This stinks! I have no idea if I should wait or reorder my $380 order from another retailer. In this time of retailers going out of business, Macys needs to get their Customer Service Dept fixed, and it better be soon!

To say how I'm so upset about my credit card

I was given a credit card for 300 dollars I spent that amount one time immediately after without even getting a statement saying what my monthly rate will be I paid 50 dollars. For 6 months straight I've been paying 50 dollars my premium is 29 dollars a month I'm paying 50 dollars a month and after 6 months I was sent a statement saying that I still owe 289 dollars why do I owe that amount is this a bare face robbery for people who are trying to live right or because of my skin color is it the way that poor people have to pay for the rich just asking

Package received but not ordered

A couple weeks ago I received a package from Macys I did not order. We opened it and called Macys. They said UPS would call us to set up a time to pick it up. No one called. Another week went by and I called Macys again. This time they connected me with UPS but UPS wants to charge me not only for shipping but for picking it up. Please straighten this out. The box contains 20 boxes of fragrance samples.

Why don’t you just take it to a UPS store yourself and it shouldn’t cost you a thing. Just tell them it was delivered to you by mistake.

They should be able to get it to the correct address. Otherwise, just keep it or donate.

Macy's credit card number, up-to-date, was denied

I got to checkout for my order, and the Macy's credit card # was denied. I replaced it again, chatted with agent, had lost the payment window with my items. I called their number and was frustrated by automatic agent who demanded updating my info, which I did... I signed in again, made a different order (couldn't find old one). I wasn't given the option of my Macy's card, but a new one "woman within...". I had no desire to spend any more time ordering a new card. Totally frustrated.

Complaint about disfespectful treatment while shopping at Macy's

I was checking out after purchasing merchandise at the store closing of the Marlow Height's Macy's in Marlow Heights, Maryland. When I gave the clerk my merchandise, she handled it with total disregard for its value to me.

In addition, she marked on the tags with a marker.

As a 40-year Macy's customer, needless to say, I was extremely disappointed in her behavior. I am registering this complaint to voice my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at Macy's store closing in Marlow Heights, Maryland, and to alert others of the situation.

The cashier marked the tag because it was merchandise from a closing store. No returns or exchanges . If she did damage to your merchandise, simply elect not to purchase.

I agree with you . The OP is mad her scam got thwarted.

People do this all the time in retail at closing stores. The merchandise was probably marked down 75%. They wanted to return it at a later date to a store that wasn’t closing. Without a receipt.

They would be given lowest price in last 90 days which was probably 25-33% off . Their store credit would be worth way more .

On a $100 item the scammer gets an extra $41-$50 in store credit. The markings on the receipt indicate purchase from a store that is closing.

WELL THE 20% BIRTHDAY GIFT COUPON SAID IT WAS GOOD ON ALL REG., SALE , AND SPECIAL SALES. WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT ,IT WOULD NOT TAKE IT. THE MESSAGE SAID THAT MY ITEMS DID NOT APPLY. I WAS ANNOYED. THE GIRL I TALKED TO SAID THE SAME THING. HOWEVER SHE WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE. IT JUST DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE!!!!! I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING ON LINE WITH MACYS AGAIN FOR A LONG TIME .
