I check the box to ship to my sister; however, I had to go back and order the articles again because I timed out. When I re-ordered I did not check the shipping address and it is shipping to my home. I call Macy's they said they would change the address when it shipped at ups, they never did. I have not heard back from Macy's John or Mel.

Cancelled my order after making contact with Macy’s 3 times to make sure there was no problem.

I placed an order on Black Friday. First order for my Christmas gifts.

Most expensive one also. Over the last several weeks called customer service 3 times to make sure there was no problem with the order because my other orders were arriving. I was told no issues. Another was told it had already shipped the last time I called the said it was arriving on the 17th.

To my surprise instead I received an email that my order was cancelled and they were not going to charge me. How nice that they didnt charge me for an order they cancelled. My whole complaint is when I was calling customer service they were telling me there was no issue. If they would have been straight up with me I could have gotten someplace else.

I finally found a set but it was for over 140.00 more bye to it being last minute and not Black Friday. You have extremely poor customer service. They dont help and half the time speaking English is very hard for them. When I asked to speak to someone in the United States ( which is a law that they must give you someone in USA if you ask) she refused then when I cited the law she transferred me to number that just rang and I let it ring the whole time I was making lunch which took me about 20-25 minutes.

The ringing on speaker really made my husband angry and asked that I hang up. Just start off at Bloomingdales skip Macys.

User's recommendation: If it something you really need go to the store. Wear a mask but go you just may get what you want and be able to speak with someone who speaks your language.

I have had nothing but problems with my orders from Macy's this year. I never received my flatware which your email says it was delivered. I called today to find out the easiest way to return a jacket and could not understand what she was staying. I have not received a return label that I was told I would receive and, when ordering the flatware 3 charges for the same amount were charged to my debit card. I am not happy at all.

My Macy's card was declined at the store, but the screen that I had Star rewards due. No one could tell me at the store why? I called customer service and was told that my account had been closed due to lack of activity and that it would be "impossible" to have Star rewards balance. Instead of reactivating my card, I was told there was nothing they could do. Apparently, they do not need my business. I ended the call at that point.

Placed online order for store pickup order today, went there, order not ready nor could any of the dummies ( all tits and *** no brains) tell me where it was. Went to department and none there. What a *** operation!

Macys - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
You can call any of the customer service lines and talk to a person directly in India. Their names are George, Sue, Tom and Jerry, Glenda, etc.and have them apologize 70 times and NEVER will solve the problem. Order from Amazon. Order from ebay. Order from anyone. Seems Macy's is is going down the same as Sears. Closing stores left and right and they can't figure out WHY? I will tell you Macy's. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Damn shame.

Extremely bad customer service

Ive been a Macys customer for more than 20yrs. Today I just need help answering some questions about a purchase Ive made. Called customer service and I talk to 2 agents and both of them couldnt help me. They told me to reach out to the store. Tried calling the store and no answer. Called different departments and they all hung up on me. One department answered so I asked if I could please talk to a manager and she told me no. She said that she couldnt be bother. I have never had any problems at Macys. Or their customer service but today was bad. Spent an hour on the phone and no help. And one if the agents I spoke with told she was to busy and told me to go on the website. She was very sarcastic. She did have time to talk to me like that..

I bought a waffle maker and a toaster oven both had 12 dollar rebates sent in all the correct documents all to get approved for one and denied on an other stating I sent in duplicate rebates. Hmmmm its two items so there should be two rebates I did not send in duplicates because I mailed to different envelopes. Lesson learned dont shop at Macys . I understand its only 12 but thats not the point times 12 dollars by thousands of people they are scheming thats a lot of money. Have a great day Ill stick to paying more at an appliance place.

Your rebate comes from an independent company, not Macy’s! Surely you kept copies and there is a number you can contact the rebate company.

I ordered 16 boxes of Frango mints for Xmas gifts. One box was dlvd 12-4 The other 15 were also supposed to be dlvd same day in separate box. I called and was told to wait few more days. I called again on 12/10 and told it was lost. Placed another order and told would get 2 day free shipping. Today is 12/15 and called again. Now they tell me sold out. These were Xmas gifts !!! I order every year with no issues. No one sent an email telling me first order lost or that second order placed was sold out and not coming. No wonder your going out of business!!

macys did an authorazation hold 24 hrs after my purchase which completely took everything out my bank after they charged me for the items. macys cant find the hold and will not release my funds. i could not finish my kids Christmas so there is nothing under my tree cause items from macys has not arrived either. I was unable to get dinner i was left with 4 dollars and all macys says is sorry this happened to you. I have always loved macys but i will never and i mean never shop here again its the worst experience of my life
