Made 2 purchases , company splits shipments into 7 separate shipments all being shipped at different times different couriers, no accurate tracking provided, one item wrong, cant get a refund started nor speak to anyone in customer service, orders are lost in transit 3 days past delivery date. literally cannot do anything accept give your money smh. order at your own risk, this company has turned garbage Im reporting them ASAP

Torturous process just to spend my money- Customer service reps have not received proper training to handle fractured delivery system. They advised 3 orders could not be fulfilled a week after ordering-- offered option to ' wait indefinitely ( are you kidding?) or cancel. I canceled the items and purchased others to replace that night as they were Christmas gifts. This morning I received emails advising items are shipping! I had to call again and was told when you cancel an order--' it's not forever?' Say what? I just can't... Too much follow up and time spent to receive such *** poor service. Plus I'm out the money I spent to replace the canceled items While I'm at it Macys-- why don't you hire some American workers to deliver customer service? -- PISSED OFF CONSUMER SAYS SEE YOU NEVER !

My package was never delivered

My packaged was scheduled to be delivered two days ago; no package has arrived. When I go to track the package, there are no updates telling me what exactly happened. I have no idea if the package was delivered and stolen, if the package is being delayed; nothing.

Online customer service is HORRIBLE! They will tell you anything to get rid of you.

After speaking to 4 people in 3 days got a manager who said 3 of them had lied to me. My order was lost and they could not do anything. Ups was very helpful but said Macy's would have to file claim they were the shipper.

So Merry Christmas Macy's. I am done with you!!

Damaged crystal

I received a large box with 4 smaller boxes of crystal within. The smaller boxes had all been placed in the box with a ton of bubble wrap on TOP of them! It needed to be under, around and between the small boxes as well as on top! Also, the box was not labeled in any way, shape or form as FRAGILE! Does Macys not supply those to the shipping department?

Received a candle instead of jewelry for Christmas. Reorder other product and to this date no package. 2 packages missing and all jewelry. They did credit back first order of jewelry but I have to wait 7 more days to give usps a chance to deliver.

Continuous Poor Check out & False ads

Trying to check out is impossible, so I must call in orders. I put items in my cart that state spend this amount for certain Lancôme products and get the beauty box for this $$$ amount. The problem is that once I put the items in my cart, Macy's adds a Free cheap gift that I would never use with no option to purchase the Lancôme Beauty Box. I have contacted Macy's on multiple occasions to correct the online technical problems, but they do nothing. I was once a good buyer, but they obviously have made so much money they can now turn good business away!

I purchased 3 sets of 3 piece hardside luggage by Tag for Christmas Presents &was expecting to recieve Cash back dolIars. I am 74 years old & live on Social Security

I would not have been able to afford the luggage sets without the cash dollars. I am hoping that you will understand . I had to not buy gifts for others because I did not recieve the cash dollars . I am so disappointed in the situation &;;;; I feel like Macys Should reimburse me the cash dollars . I have always felt Macys was fair in resolving problems . Ive been a great customer for over 20 years and when I was sick for a few months my husband didnt know about the bill I had at Macys. Weve always paid our bills and because you were impatient and sent my bill to a credit Collections place, my credit is ruined for the future, however long that is! Im so angry with the store, that Im considering never shopping there again! If others hear that you so easily dismiss accounts even in these times of struggle for families, I dont think you will like how it effects your company! Im not threatening you I dont do that. However I will tell many people about this!

If you can’t pay your charge bill on time, then you shouldn’t be using it! It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a customer, It’s not Macy’s fault you missed the payments or that the credit card company turned it into collections!

No receipt email or tracking for over a week

ShI never received a receipt, or tracking number, twice after calling. I asked for a refund and was told Id get one in 2-3 days, I have not been issued a refund. Macys has lost my business.

Last Tuesday 9/22 my sister and I had horrible experience at Macy's in Bend, OR. We were shopping, and we notice that we were being fallow by a man throughout the store. My sister and were speaking and Portuguese the whole time. He might that we were stealing something. Or maybe targeting for being Latina's. That is not okay. I was so upset. I don't live in Bend, Oregon but Macy's are going through a lot of Financial problems you should check on your stuff about how to treat Their customer with Respect and dignity if you want to keep people spending money on your Macy's store. I felt so humiliated. Just because my sister and I were speaking a different language that doesn't mean that we are going to steal your store. I am very disappointed and I don't think my sister is going to go back to the store anymore. She spends a lot of money there and I don't think she will not be going to that Macys in Bend, OR anytime soon. That store dont have a good reputation because of horrible customer service.

Rebate Unfair Policy

First, it is very difficult to find how to claim a rebate. I purchased online. The offer expires 30 days from purchase, but I actually had less than 30 days since the items were not in my possession for another 10-12 days. This is unfair. My email said there was an online rebate policy, not true. There are forms online to claim through a mail in process. I spoke with 4 representatives with no satisfaction. They all had scripted answers and no authority to extend my time. I will likely return the items since the discounted price is what attracted me to buy them. I think it's a hoax and false advertising.
