Macys ships with the post office. Nothing worse that the post office for shipping. My package got re-routed to the wrong post office!!! How does this happen???????? Now they can't find it. I ordered an expensive coat from Macy's in NYC, which they hand delivered (for $5) to my house IN A SHOPPING BAG. That was great. But the coat did not fit. Impossible to do an online order with Macys. Used three different credit cards. Bank verified that all details are correct. Yet Macys cancelled my order all three times. Impossible to order online ans customer service absolutely horrific. Their response was just: there is something wrong with your name billing address or telephone number So upset!

Hello I'm just coming from Burbank Town Center Macy's. The SA that was helping me was named Aniyah. She works at the first floor. She was very very rude. She called me a liar and she made my 1.5 years old daughter to cry because she was playing with empty gift cards. (5 empty gift cards). I don't think SA has a right to treath her customers the way she did. Very unresoectful and rude lady. Will never shop to that store again because of her.
