I bought a mattress set from macys. They charged me a recycling fee. Mattresses are free to recycle, macys ripped me off.

I am not sure what state you live in but I know of at least 3 states (California, Connecticut and New Hampshire) that it is mandatory that customers are charged recycling fees...

I bought a beautyrest black mattress about 3 years ago. It's started sagging within 3 months so thought they would return it. But oh no. It has to sag 1 3/4" before they consider it defective. So I am taking 4 Advil a day. Am thinking about suing them in small claims court
