I have a person who was on my card and I wanted them removed Macy's informed me that they cannot do it as it is considered a joint account. I had put the person on the card when she was 16 and was never told that I could not remove her. I was never told when I got the card that I could not remove her . I used my credit card when shopping in the states, and paid it off at the time of purchase, but a year ago, somehow the card wasn't paid off. I sent them a cheque which was not returned until after some outrages charges started. I ended up paying over $100 interest on a $30 charge. Long story short. I was a retail sales associate in the women's/petite department. I was never one hundred percent OK with harassing customers to apply for the *** Macy's credit card..let alone bombard customers with pre-sale pitches or pestering them for donations..blah blah blah. Today Friday March 25, 20016 We went to Macy's to pick a rented tuxedo this is the sign we saw. Out to lunch. We waited almost forty minutes Clerk did not return. This is totally unacceptable. Clerk from another department finally assisted us. Does Macy's have only one clerk in the tuxedo department in Town Center Mall Georgia?

The people in security bullied their workers to the point of where they make their employees quit.
My wife had the credit card with them and bought school clothes for our sons on Macy's online store. After receiving the items, she received 2 bills for 2 different accounts, for the same items (Charged twice for the same thing, to be perfectly clear). She called Macy's about it in February, 2016 and they said they would take care of it, ok great. I have spent my entire morning either online or on the phone with Macys trying to solve two separate problems. When I try to check out an order online I get an error message that they can't confirm my billing address. It's correct, it's always been correct, for some reason Macy's can figure it out. there were a few fraud charges on my macy's amex card in Dec 2015, Jan 2016. I reported them to Macy's in Feb-March 2016. They assured me that these charges will be reversed. They closed my account and gave me a new card. Then Macy's carried over those fraud charges to my new account and have been charging interest payment and late fee since then. Horrible experience ! Local stores are closing but online shopping also doesn't work now ! Customer since many years and system won't let order online. Once BAG ID is created, the 'Place Order' won't work. This happened 4-5 times in last couple of years. I have tried calling the Customer Service, invariably it lands up in the Philippines and the agent confirms your order like a million times, has no clue of any of your details. Not sure what CRM they use. Find it hard to understand them and then you just get transferred.
