I have made some orders recently that haven't been received but say delivered and now because of previous orders that also weren't received, damaged, etc. the warehouse has decline my refund and will not ever give me a refund online for any reason because of this even though my orders were made before the warehouse decided this.

Macys has way too ma y exclusions on a 10 dollar of 25 coupon,it saying use on clearance,but they do all clearance as a specials,or deal of the day,and of course it is excluded,very misleading. I go to kohls now,very honest,they take what they advertise.

I purchased an engagement ring from Macy's in January 2016, it is a 14k rose gold ring with LeVian diamonds. Since purchasing the ring I have had to get the ring serviced 5 times to replace diamonds that have fallen out. I literally got my ring back yesterday evening and there is already a diamond missing. This is so frustrating and I don't know how to resolve it.
