Macys - CALLED 7 TIMES, NO RESOLUTION
Today was call number 7.
I have called Macys customer service SIX TIMES! Every time I call, I'm told that a refund is being processed but I never get it.
I have spoken to supervisors, who have told me to wait for emails that never come and a multitude of agents. I am going mad, trying to get my credit. My return was delivered on 11/1. It is now December and for whatever reason, I am lied to repeatedly!
Next step is BBB and corporate. This is truly unacceptable behavior!
I keep trying to explain that an item that was replaced because I never received it, was returned. Then, they put me on hold, track it, see that I'm correct and lie to me and tell me they're processing a refund that I NEVER get!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $73.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Macys Cons: Horrible customer service.
