So please let me know what happened to this package. Online shopping is becoming a bore.

Lost necklace

The chain mustve broken in the dressing room. I realize that is not Macys fault.

But trying to reach a person to have them search or check the dressing room has been impossible. You cannot reach a person to talk to just pushing buttons that mean nothing.

User's recommendation: Do not expect anyone from Macy’s to be a service and a stressful situation. You will only get AI.

I have received the same error three times!!

Macys - I have received the same error three times!!

Disappointment! I received three pairs of the wrong color of Ugg women’s boots, despite being told that the color I wanted was available.

I was given a 20 dollar gift card and instructed to return to UPS for an immediate refund. However, UPS charged me 6.87 for packaging and printing the label from my phone! I find this unacceptable.

The color I received is not rocky oat! The color I received is a light tan.

Over charged for merchandise that I didn't order.

Macys refuses to explain reasons for declaring my account delinquent

I've been a customer of Macy's for 40 years.

I advise anyone reading this not to open a credit card at this company. I will no longer do any business with them.

Macys: Dishonest about shipping times

If you need Xmas gifts by a certain date, dont trust Macys. I needed a major $600+ gift by Dec.

15. Website promised 3-6 day shipping so this fit the time frame easily. Now I find it hasnt even reached the shipper, 3 business days into order, and the earliest it will be delivered is Dec. 18-20.

The warehouse is busy was service rep Natalies snotty comment. Its Christmas and we cant promise anything said equally rude supervisor Sebastian. He chuckled when I said, but your website DOES PROMISE 3-6 days, like I was a fool. On hold for 23 minutes, on the call for 38 mins altogether when it mysteriously was dropped.

No satisfaction.

No gift. No more Macys purchases for this Platinum customer.
