On June 11, 2013, I purchased a sofa through your salesman, Ahmad Shafaghat 7110****. He could not deliver the sofa until sometime late in the month or wetween the 21st and 25th, The sofa was delivered on Monday, June 21st under

7073**** and I was charged #85.00 for the delivery, I questioned the delivery charge when I purchased the Sofa as you were having a free delivery operation on other merchandise. We received a receipt for the sofa by mail on June14th after we had purchased the sofa which did show a delivery fee and also the terms of replacement which were never discussed with us..On June 12, 2013 we called and advised your Service Group, 1-88*-822-****, the Sofa was too large and we wanted to return it, they advised us that Macy's will charge us $225.00 for pick-up.
Since we could not use the sofa we had to accept this charge which is unreasonable. The sofa was picked up on July 21 by your Pick up people. This memo is to advise Macy's that a long time account of many years,B.
Susan and Darrell Nelson, 2090 Clearview Ct. Walnut Creek Ca. 94598 will no longer shop at Macy's, we have purchased many many items over a 20 year period. We have destroyed our Credit Card and will not visit your store if these charges are not removed.
