I returned 2 pr. of shoes from different orders together.

I put the product description papers for each and the UPS tracking paper in the box. The shoes with the tracking # on the box was marked returned. I call and emailed Macy several times (7-8x) about the other pair. I was told the credit would be put on the original payment method.

Here we are 13 days since the first call and the shoe don't show as returned and the money hasn't either. My family have been loyal Macy's customers for many year, but I don't what kind of business they're running today. I am afraid to buy from them. They have the shoes I already paid for.

Either they should return so that I send them back again or return the money.

Customer service is like talking to yourself. The people are very polite but nothing has gotten done.

Product or Service Mentioned: Shoes.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $55.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Poor business practices, Poorly trained employee, Especially if you spend a lot of money at their store.

This is why you should NEVER mail a return back to them. Always take it to the store.

This way you have an actual receipt on the credit due back to you. Hopefully they didn't lose your items.

It happens a LOT! I work there, so I know how they work
