The representative that helped me was wonderful super efficient. I called not to complain, but to say I needed the dishes picked up because there’s no way of me to ship it with all the broken glass. And I didn’t want to carry it in a store. She told me since they’re broken you don’t have to bring them back in and we will she be a new said I do have photos saved in my phone.
