Horrific!!!! Long standing customer....

since the late 70’s! Where I grew up it was Lazarus. I always order on line from them for Christmas especially, All was good until the site crashed. Called customer service, they said my order was not received and that I would have to go back and do it again???!!!!

So I did and they assured me I would NOT be charged twice.... but the next day, both orders were on my account!!! So I CALL again.... and it took almost an hour to connect to someone in India and they could NOT even HELP me!!!

I asked to be transferred to their manager, who backed the first person!! AND... I finally canceled the first order....and reordered..... , minus items ......because when I had to go back, they were no longer available !!!!

So I come back from a business trip to find they had sent the items I requested, minus the promotional free gift for ordering so many $$ Lennox Holiday China. So NOW AGAIN, I have to deal with customer service !! Tish, is the best customer service person Macy’s has!!! But she tells me, they are out of stock.

What?! I reordered within minutes of MACY’S mistake, and then have to RE/ORDER after your site crashes and the same 3 bowls are there?!!!! So I call, thinking AGAIN , I will receive the Customer Service I am use to, to find, I am only disappointed again!!!!!!

DONE DONE and DONE.... cutting up my Macy’s credit card!!!!

Our website and registers are ALWAYS crashing. The company won't pay to buy the stores new ones.

This affects the customers and employees, but no matter how many times we complain to management about buying new equipment, nothing is ever done. They don't even seem concerned about this. We have 4 registers in my dept, and usually only 1 or 2 are working that day. And don't get me started on the scanners!

If you pull them too far to scan luggage, for example, they stop working completely & have to be reconnected. We don't get new equipment for the employees to make the customers experience better....because ALL that extra money goes towards our Thanksgiving parade.
