I have contacted Macy Credit Dept 800-830-3087 on several occasions regarding an old credit card.I have asked to have my account closed and they either they keep activating it without my permission or opening new cards in my name !! I bought over $5000 in furniture from Macy's and set it up on an automatic payment from my bank account to be repaid on time.The date given me to pay was the 10th of the month so thats the day I set up the automatic payment from my bank. I had an account with Macy's since 2008 call to have a dispute drop for $19 because it's interfering with me by my house its been over 30 days and it's so frustrating I think that I'll not use macys anymore and closed my account it's the worst customer service ever Merry Christmas and I'll be boycotting the Christmas parade as well

My daughter opened an account at Macy's to get a discount.She then went into a store to make a payment asking to pay the account IN FULL. Well, today we received a bill for 0.02 in the mail. I always pay my bill in full. I subsequently received a bill for $2.09. I inquired why an extra charge? No answer- they just sent me another bill with an additional$2.00 now totalling $4.09!!
