Horrible customer service. Was placed on hold multiple times trying to get an item credited back to my account I never received. I was on the phone 54 minutes and still have yet to get resolution. Truly disappointed in Macys!

I had an account with Macy's since 2008 call to have a dispute drop for $19 because it's interfering with me by my house its been over 30 days and it's so frustrating I think that I'll not use macys anymore and closed my account it's the worst customer service ever Merry Christmas and I'll be boycotting the Christmas parade as well
