A year ago a new manager was transfered from Macys Cerritos to Macys- Downey Fragrance Dept.- Stonewood Mall, from day 1 she showed tremendows power trip! She never even introduced her self to us or said hi to anybody, then she called every single Fragrance Account Executive with same complaint about their fragrance vendors putting their jobs in the line just to display her authority.

At the same time a new fragrance counter Mgr. was hired with no fragrance business background or management experience. These two ladies are putting so much stress and pressure over employees and are ganging up on vendors creating new and super strict rules and regulations between the two managers to make their work more dificult and harder then already is , putting them under incredible amount of stress and forcing them to give their sales not to the person that is helping them to close the sale but to their own selves or to whoever they like! Very unfair situation because we work under commission.

Vendors are constantly and unfairly misstreated and constantly threaten to take action against them by the counter manager and/or department manager that if they dont do what they say they will be removed from the store, when the previous Store Manager instructed vendors to give their sales to whoever was helping them to close their sales. We all as Macys employees should look and find our own clients and close sales to make our commission, whatever vendors make and bring is supplemental to our personal sales. They are not Macys employees, they are completely independent and they are not obligated to give us their sales if we don't help them or deserve it.

The new counter manager seems not to like her job she is always hiding in the stock room pretending to do something that has been already done by us, while she is there, she leaves orders to vendors and employees to put sales under her number even when she is not there :( !! That is a classic case of harrassment!!

Between this two ladies a bunch of unfair rules and regulations had been created to theirbenefit, just to punish vendors and stress them but those rules are affecting employees as well!!

The Store Manager is blind or defth because does not seem to be able to help and that is not right!! Somebody needs to help us!
