I was shopping in the shoe department at Valleyfair Macy’s California.. when this nasty employee starts attacking another employee verbally about the most absurd things!!

Literally no professionalism starts screaming at this girl in front of customers telling her she doesn’t belong there selling the shoes she’s taking away her commission money her customers there’s too many employees working today or taking money from me. Just awful behavior and nobody said a word seems to me like this employee named SEMRA has done this before! Someone needs to give that lady a warning that that behavior is unacceptable.

I’m so upset I didn’t even purchased my shoes I just left that is work abuse ! I really hope that Macys will do something about this their integrity is on the line

That's awful. I would have said something to a manager about this.

Can't believe employees would do this over the tiny percent of commission they make. The poor employee being yelled at was probably new & didn't know about the commission since only around 3 depts there earn commission.
