In the past I always was able to locate what I needed to purchase.My experience this time was different.

I tried to purchase a couple of items (an umbrella, raincoat & other accessories) but couldn't find items. So i asked a couple of your employees and they were as clueless as l. Did your competitor organize this store i felt i needed a GPS. Needless to say, I didn't purchase anything and bought items at JCPenney.

I suggest before you lose more customers review how you organized your store and perhaps have a map-directory for your employees & customers on how to locate merchandise.
