Purchased 2 leather recliners for XMAS.Delivery was on the 26th.

Delivery guys put recliners house - we looked them over but didn't sit in chair. Delivery guy kept saying - everything ok, like we should have a problem - couldn't figure out why he asked so much. After leaving and we sit in chairs - one of the backs were completely unlatched and out of place. Immediately called store.

Manager on lunch - salesperson didn't seem to care, said yea that happens a lot. Took my name & number and promised me mgr would call after returning from lunch. Had delivery guy phone so we called and also left msg. ABSOLUTELY no one ever made any attempt to call us.

Husband spen a day and a half trying to fix.

Called two additional times and still, no call - no one cared.NEVER will even consider purchasing furniture ever again.

Review about: Recliner.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Warn other customers if there is a problem with delivery of product, don't expect any customer service..

I didn't like: Poor attitude, Lack of customer service.
