I originally ordered a pair of Adidas shoes on Jan 10th. The day they arrived on Jan 12th I realized they run big, and I needed a smaller size.

I was unable to exchange for a different size online (inconvenient), so I returned them that day in the mail. 2+ weeks later my return was processed, and another week after that I received my refund, which included a gift card that needed to be mailed. The day I received my gift card on Jan 31st I ordered a new pair of shoes, and my shipping info states they will arrive Feb 8th. So the online process takes an entire month to get a new size.

This is insane. I am so frustrated and wish I had simply gone to an actual store. Online shopping is supposed to be easy, and this process has been miserable.

I will never shop online at Macy’s again. Can you please explain to me how it can take an entire month when I didn’t delay the process on my end even a single day????
