How to get refund.
On 1/28 at Macy’s MOA Mpls I purchased 1 pt Levi’s using me bank card $41.65. Clerk said it didn’t go through so I gave citi cc.
She then gave me a 20% discount (she was mad at Macy’s computer) charge of 33.31 is on cc. 41.65 WAS debited from my bank. 33.31 WAS on cc. I’ve been back and forth with customer service who now says I have to go to store.
It’s 4 hrs away. That stores inventory control can tell the same Levi’s got sold twice.

How can I get my money back when my order got cancel?I order a sweater and it was put on hold for 2 weeks. Earlier today I got an email saying that my order got cancel and it wouldn't charge me but when I check my bank statement it did get charged. So I am wondering if I'm gonna get my money back.
When I log in there is a strangers address as my shipping address.
I wanted to pay for a ring and have it shipped to me. When I went to checkout a total strangers name and address appeared as my name and address for shipping This account had been hacked at least two times years ago and I had been told it was cleaned up. What gives?

Why the ups not delivered to my house ?Actually i am waiting to get my order but I don’t know why is talking to time it’s been 25 days delivery status show me that 13 may you processed my order the ups still waiting can’t get it
According to Macys delivery policy if your item is in stock, it takes 2 days for processing and 3-6 business days for delivery. If an item is out-of-stock, it will be placed on back order and will ship as soon as it is available. If you have problems with your order, contact Macys customer service via email customerservice@macys.com.
Stores are closed, how can I returned luggage that I ordered on line before the deadline for the return?
According to Macys return policy items purchased in a store must be returned to a store. Items purchased online can be returned by mail or to a store. If the last day to return your merchandise falls within the store closure time frame, you will have an extra 30 days to make a return once stores reopen.

Why do you use that offer UPS driver?That UPS guy that Macy’s use to deliver packages is horrible. That fool put my package in the middle of my porch for everyone to see.
A time before that he did the same thing it rained and the wind blew the packages off the porch onto the grass. I have a door ring camera and was on my job both times afraid someone might steal my packages.
That driver is offer, it’s the same driver both times. I still have a few more items to be delivered but if that’s who is going to be delivering them I won’t be ordering anything else.
