Yesterday, I checked my Star Rewards balance and had $10, so I made the trip to the store in anticipation of using these rewards. However, what I didn't know is that you can lose your Star Rewards if you make a return.
Well, I made a $15 return (order #) and when I went to use my $10 Star Reward to purchase my Estee Lauder Face Cleanser that is already quite pricey ($29), they were gone! I was flabbergasted! The service rep and I talked and then it occurred to me, "could I have lost my Star Rewards because I made a return?" to which he pipped in and said, "yes!" Again, flabbergasted. Is there any way to restore my $10 Star Reward?
I am a loyal customer and have made a couple purchases in the past 2 days (coat and face cleanser).
I would be greatly appreciative. Thank you, Jen

Never got to speak to anyone. After a very long wait and transferred by a robot 4 times the phone finally started ringing.

The agent Ali should be giving me a call back at 12noon tomorrow to have my order placed once more.
I subsequently spoke with two additional agents, Pam and Mitchell and they were both patient and helpful in assisting me.
I was subsequently connected with a Consumer Protection Officer,.who furthered along the process of resolving my issues.
Though I was very passed about my order not going through, I must say kudos to the customer service representatives. They followed standard procedure and were knowledgeable.

Today, delivery people delivered a table and 6 chairs. Warranty papers were not given. When asked, I was informed that I would get it by email.

I uploaded an incorrect email when placing my order. The order did not fit and needed to be returned. I called customer support, and they were able to easily forward my receipt to the correct email address so I could return my order.

That $15 return was $15 of a previous purchase that helped reach the level for a $10 reward. Since the threshold wasn’t met (after the $15 was subtracted) the reward wasn’t earned.
It is OBVIOUS that if you return an item, you lose star rewards. Not their fault that you are SLOW.
