Macys - The worst service ever!
Purchased a $600+ chair online and two weeks later still didnt have it a n d Macys doesnt know where it is! After spending hours on the phone with disinterested customer "serv i ce" reps Icancelled the order and was told that I had to contact UPS to in ain a credit.
Macys - Bait and switch
I bought a 7 pc outdoor set that never got acknowledge. After waiting a couple of days we called back and they said they a mistake in pricing and would not honor our order. Very dishonest move on their part.
