Macys - Mattresses delivery cost adds hundreds of dollars to mattresses

I dont understand why you can pick up a mattress at the store. When you add delivery fees the sale is no longer a good deal.i live thirty minutes from a store. If they shipped it there i could pick it up. But no they cant do that. So i really shouldn't even bother to look at Macys for anything like furniture. I guess they really dont want small town customers.

I have been shopping at Macy’s for years But I have never had the kind of courteous service that I have received From Donna Moody at your metro North store in Kansas City mo .
