I purchased a bracelet, and it was very cheap for the money, so I decided to return it. I had an email that said free return shipping, and I got a UPS label and sent it back.
I brought it to a UPS drop-off. I was charged for the return! I never thought I would have such a runaround of foreign people all telling me the same crazy story when I called customer service. They told me there was nothing they could do for me.
I was shocked that Macy's, an American company, had this nonsense going on. Not one person, even a supervisor, offered to help me. It's not even the amount of the return shipping; as I told them, it was the principle of the thing. How dare they do that?
Not only did you give me something that was way below the standards for the price, but on top of that, you tried to get me, and you did for the shipping. I was not helped at all by these people.
Terrible. I really don't think I'll be shopping at Macy's anymore.

Disappointment! I received three pairs of the wrong color of Ugg women’s boots, despite being told that the color I wanted was available.
I was given a 20 dollar gift card and instructed to return to UPS for an immediate refund. However, UPS charged me 6.87 for packaging and printing the label from my phone! I find this unacceptable.
The color I received is not rocky oat! The color I received is a light tan.

I had ordered a few items; one package was for my mom, and I admit that the package was sent to the incorrect address. The items did not fit and had to be returned.
In the interim, my mom had a cardiac arrest event, formerly called sudden cardiac death, and was rushed to the ER, then to cardiac rehab. I had to temporarily relocate to help with my mom's recovery and eventual return to a skilled nursing facility, all of which I had told Macy's during my conversations with their call center. Unbeknownst to me, and this is becoming a sad trend, the store and call center do not communicate with one another. I was told to contact Lands' End directly, which I did, but I never received a response.
Out of desperation, I called the service phone number, and I was told to go to the store the next day, and they could help me with my returns. I went to the store and was basically told, 'too bad.' I am disabled myself, and it's a herculean effort to get anywhere outside of a city.
Uber, Lyft, buses, and taxis are few and far between. I do not understand how I can ask for an exception to the return policy considering the circumstances, be told that Macy's would help me, and then end up with no help at all.

I received Tommy Hilfiger sandals from you on May 13th. A few days ago I saw the leather footbed has leather beginning to peel off.

She told me if I canceled my order which had a pair of shoes when she immediately started to reorder my items on a different credit card suddenly the shoes were not available. How could this be when I had just placed the order with the shoes being available.
Customer service lied that they gave a refund on order macys cancelled. No refund was given per my Visa bill showed.
Do not order anything from Macys online. Their customer service is in Columbia and the reps , Elias and supervisor Juan lied to me.
Told me the refund went through 12 days after I received notice that Macys had cancelled the order. I was emailed that I would not be charged. I was charged and no refund was given.
No one to contact in the USA. Do not do business online, it is unsafe and Macys has no customer service!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
My account number 47-028-0**-**7-0 was opened in 2011 and appears to have been arbitrarily closed, taking away my $$$ owing. Original purchase $13,128.44. I phoned 1-80*-***-**** about this on July 26th, and somebody was to review and email me. Today, August 14th, I have not heard anything.
I have all the documentation.
The receipts clearly state, 'This card does not expire and no fees are imposed.' The contract info that came with Macy's Thanks For Sharing Card clearly states, 'Your Thanks For Sharing Card, with accumulated Card Value, will be a non-expiring card that is mailed beginning February 2012, etc., etc. Please email me ASAP.

I have my receipt. I live 300 miles away. No one will answer the phone at the Valencia Macy's store. What can I do?
There are no Macy's stores within 200 miles of me.
Please help. Can a Kohl's or TJ Maxx store remove the security tag if I show my receipt to them?

First of all, I am not angry; this is just the only phone number I found. Macy's was supposed to email me with a pick-up date for the rugs I am returning. I have not been contacted yet.

I expressed my preference to order the chain over the phone since they couldn't find any record of my order placement. I was planning to pay with a prepaid credit card that I specifically acquired for this purpose. Apparently, the first order I tried to place was charged to my PayPal account, which was unlinked, and I failed to notice this. Unknowingly, I had paid $39, which was the initial amount, and later they charged me an additional $50.17 on my PayPal.
Now, they're telling me to dispute this with PayPal. However, PayPal says that I can't dispute it because the transaction hasn't processed yet, meaning I should have been able to just cancel the order. Unfortunately, I can't find any proof of the order in my app, and the customer service claims they can't find it either. Even though a representative eventually admitted they could see it, they are currently unwilling to refund my money.
Every time I've asked for a supervisor, they've put me on hold and played unpleasant hold music. I've attempted to reach out for help twice already today to no avail, and the corporate number I tried to call is no longer in service. I want my $50 back.
They're telling me that I'd have to wait 10 days to recover the money that they took without my authorization, and I don't feel like I should have to wait 10 days just to get back the money they stole from me. I would have had no idea they even took the money had I not been preparing my taxes for the year.
