I placed order #451177****, Red Charles David heels, SIZE 11 on October 30, 2024. The item was delivered on November 6, plenty of time before the affair that I had planned to wear them.
However, they were shipped in a size 11 box, but the shoes themselves were size 10 and I could not wear. I could not exchange them with Macy's because I had ordered then on line and they did not carry the shoe in the store because it was ordered on line.
If I had tried to send them back to be exchanged the pair would have arrived too late. I even searched the Macy's store for a comparable red pair and saw nothing suitable for the occasion.
I am very disgruntled and dissatisfied with your company because of the inconvenience and because my planned outfit was ruined.

On September 22, 2024, I purchased XXL pajamas on the Macy's website for 89.05 (paid with PayPal), subject to order X299766****.
The latter was much too large and did not correspond at all to the XL sizes purchased in Europe, I opened a complaint on PayPal on October 4, 2024 (file PP-R-APF-5443**** seller X299766****.)
On October 11, I received the return authorization from Macy's by email along with a return label in PDF. I followed the instructions given in this PDF and it was the trucker who labeled the package.
On October 22, 2034 the package was delivered against signature to D Norton.
PayPal refuses to reimburse me on the grounds that the delivery address of the return slip that you sent to me in the PDF of your return authorization of October 11 is different from the one in its possession;
I remain convinced that you will not consider it fair to keep the 89.05 for this purchase. Also I would appreciate it if you could reimburse me from my PayPal account (alanpar@***.fr).

I placed an order for same-day delivery at Macy's online. I paid for same-day shipping with the DoorDash service that Macy's provides.
My order was delivered to the wrong address! Macy's online chat customer service sent a picture of my order being left on the grass at the wrong home address. Macy's has to conduct an investigation before issuing a refund. I called and spoke with a supervisor, but she was of no help either.
I wish I had just ordered regular shipping. I already felt skeptical when they mentioned DoorDash. This has been a horrible experience with Macy's and DoorDash! I also called DoorDash and they have to comply with Macy's policy.
The DoorDash driver was to blame for all of this, but I feel Macy's could have handled this better by sending me another item or processing my refund right away. VERY UPSETTING AND DISAPPOINTING!!!

The representative was very nice, but Macy's did not solve my problem. I purchased a $328 cross necklace that just fell off when my son was wearing it, and it was lost.
This is the second time I purchased this necklace because the first one also just fell off and was lost. Because it happened twice, I am convinced it has a faulty clasp. Since I cannot send back the broken one (it was lost when it fell off), Macy's would only offer me a very small discount if I wanted to purchase another replacement. It's not worth it!
I would have to buy another chain for it because I wouldn't trust that it would stay on.
I think because I have been a loyal customer, they should have done more. I will now shop somewhere else.

Very poor customer service
I tried to cancel an order I placed online within five minutes. It took forever to finally reach a live person and within a couple minutes I was disconnected from the call.
I called back and had to go through all the preliminary recording, etc. before I got another representative.
By then I was told the order was in process and could not be canceled. Very unhappy with Macys and am considering canceling my credit card from the store.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Rescheduled to 9/13. I was okay with this since company was coming from out of state on the 14th. Then, I received another email stating that it will be delayed to the 17th. Ugh!
Today I received an email that states it is ready for delivery and I should call to pick a delivery date. I'm happy and thinking it will be able to get here before my company arrives since it is ready. But, once again, the date it now gives me is the 25th.
Does this include the second one that is due to arrive on Oct 4 or do we start all over with this reservation update every two or three days?

Her name is Nina Campbell, Nina Shanique Camel, Nina Shanique Campbell. She is the person who stole my credit cards, my profile, my identification, my purple lavender wallet that has diamonds on it. It says BB. I am tired of this lady impersonating me, entering companies.
It hurts to participate in inventories of practitioners and politician reviews. I'm tired of the negligence, I'm tired of the constant harassment, and I'm also tired of the issue that she can't use her own credit. Why do they steal credit cards and identifications? Because they have poor standards in this matter.
I feel that it does not need to be in a high standards area.
