I have been shopping at Macy’s for years But I have never had the kind of courteous service that I have received From Donna Moody at your metro North store in Kansas City mo . She is the reason I continue to come back she’s helpful and cares and explains your promotions and goes out of her way for every customer that comes in your Store! Peggy
