We happened to buy asics shoe at Macy's..We selected three different sizes and went to customer service for payment and apply a coupon..That sales person very rudely told us that coupon print out is required and that from IPad cannot be accepted..other sales persons in other departments in same and other branches of macys accepted those in iPad. He grabbed all the three pairs and went inside to put them..iHe kept us waiting and wasted 40 min of out precious time..even his manager told that coupons on ipad are acceptable but he didn't..

Finally we came home without shoe.. Very unhappy with such an attitude of Mr.Mourad

Trouble is this person wouldn't be able to go to another register. Shoe sales people work on commission so they must checkout there.

In reality, we're not allowed to take those coupons. I've been told by managers not to accept it because we have to be able to scan the barcode. Last time I checked, our scanners are *** and don't scan screen barcodes. And we are seriously NOT encouraged to punch in numbers of the coupon -- but we do it anyway.

At least, I do. They're too bitchy about coupons. If it's a percent coupon, there should have not been a problem. But if it was a DOLLAR AMOUNT coupon, we NEED the actual coupon for the register history. If it's not in the register at the end of the night, we hear *** from the people in charge of the vault we send our register bank to.


Then go to another checkout where you know they take ipad coupons. Problem solved
