Sales associate "sold" us a new sectional saying it was super easy to clean.We have 2 dogs and a 1-yr-old.

She said we could just take the casings off the cushions and wash them and if we couldn't clean them ourselves the worry-no-more plan would fix/clean anything that we could not. We washed the casing and the zipper broke. I called worry-no-more and they said by washing it ourselves we voided the warranty, even though the sales associate told us to do exactly that.

So I'm supposed to call worry-no-more every time my kid spills his milk on my couch?

Right.

What a scam.

Monetary Loss: $398.
