Have been on the phone this morning trying to understand why my online order was cancelled. Have called three times (currently on hold).
First time was on hold over 15 min, second time over 20 min, and was hung up on after speaking with a rude customer serv rep very briefly. First rep told me that my order was cancelled because my bank declined the charge. (False) The second rep told me that the order was cancelled because both items were unavailable. When I asked more questions, all of a sudden my phone call was dropped.
Worse customer service!!!
Not my first negative experience eirher. Still on hold, 15 minutes and counting.
