Have been on the phone this morning trying to understand why my online order was cancelled. Have called three times (currently on hold).

First time was on hold over 15 min, second time over 20 min, and was hung up on after speaking with a rude customer serv rep very briefly. First rep told me that my order was cancelled because my bank declined the charge. (False) The second rep told me that the order was cancelled because both items were unavailable. When I asked more questions, all of a sudden my phone call was dropped.

Worse customer service!!!

Not my first negative experience eirher. Still on hold, 15 minutes and counting.

Their credit dept is based in India. They say online orders are constantly cancelled for "security reasons", but I work at Macy's & ALL of our registers & computers are outdated & constantly crash on us. Wouldn't surprise me if the cancelling is a glitch in the system that they're claiming is for security purposes

Trust me....I know! We ALWAYS have customers coming into the store asking us to call credit for them.

What they don't realize, we're calling the SAME # you did! So yes, you'll have to stand there & wait a long time AND the person on the phone STILL has to speak to YOU!! They think us associates have special powers to make their wait on the phone less, & that we're going to get an English speaking person.

LOL! Cashier's don't have magic wands people!
