I am a Canadian customer who purchased clothing at Macys. I was told I could pay my bill online to get a discount.

When I returned home, I could not pay online. By the time my cheque reached the United States, it was past the payment day. They would not waive my late charges, even considering I could not pay the amount of time due to mail delivery time and THEIR employee miscommunication to me. Ever since, I have received late notices in the mail.

When I called Customer Service, they said the cheque was missing information.

I was never informed what information was missing. I am VERY frustrated and will recommend everyone to AVOID Macys.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
